Ingredients of italian pasta :
-Oil 3 tbsp
– (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-(Onion) chopped 2 medium size
– boneless Chicken 12 kg
– soya sauce 1 tbsp
-(Red chili)
-Tomato paste 1 cup
-vinegar 1 tbs
-Chicken cube 1
-fusilli pasta (boiled) 2 cups
– salt as required
– black pepper 12 tsp
directions:
Directions:
-Boiled pasta according to package directions & set aside.
-In a pan, add oil, chopped onions and mix well.
– and fry until golden brown. add garlic paste
-Add chicken ,mix well and cook until chicken changes color.
-Add salt, red chili powder and black pepper and vinegar mix well cover it and cook for 10 minutes
-Add tomato paste and mix well and cook water reduce and turn to thickness
-Add capsicum, olives and fusilli pasta assemble it.
-Cover and put it on simmer for 2 minutes & serve.
مكونات المكرونة الايطالية:
– زيت 3 ملاعق كبيرة
– (معجون الثوم) 1 ملعقة صغيرة
– (بصل) مقطع 2 متوسط الحجم
– دجاج مسحب 1 2 كيلو
– صلصة الصويا 1 ملعقة كبيرة
-(فلفل احمر)
– معجون الطماطم 1 كوب
– 1 ملعقة كبيرة
– مكعبات الدجاج 1
-باستا فوسيلي (مسلوقة) 2 كوب
– ملح حسب الحاجة
– فلفل أسود 1 2 ملعقة صغيرة

– معكرونة مسلوقة حسب توجيهات العبوة وتوضع جانباً.
– في مقلاة ، أضيفي الزيت والبصل المفروم واخلطيهم جيداً.
– ويقلى حتى يصبح لونه بنيا ذهبيا. أضف معجون الثوم
– يضاف الدجاج ويقلب جيدا ويطهى حتى يتغير لون الدجاج.
– يضاف الملح ومسحوق الفلفل الأحمر الحار والفلفل الأسود والخل ويقلب جيدا ويطهى لمدة 10 دقائق
– يضاف معجون الطماطم ويخلط جيدا ويطهى الماء ويقلل ويتحول الى سمك
– يضاف الفليفلة والزيتون والمعكرونة الفوسيلي لتجميعها.
– غطيه وضعيه على نار هادئة لمدة دقيقتين وقدميه.
