1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
A little oil for greasing & extra flour for dusting
Fillings
6 slices cheese ( add more for a cheesy bread )
1/4 cup pizza sauce
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese ( optional )
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup spinach or less
1 Tbsp mushrooms & black olives chopped ( optional )
