Tiramisu is a Classic Italian dessert made with whipped eggs & lady finger cookies. Though it may look difficult it actually very simple. Ingredients
6 Large Egg yolks **
1 cup Fine Sugar
1 Large Container (475gm) Mascrapone* – lightly whipped with a fork to avoid lumps
1 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream – Whipped to stiff peaks
1 cup Strong Coffee
Unsweetened cocoa to dust
*Could be replaced with cream cheese but the taste won’t be the same. In case of cream cheese, whip it smooth before adding into the egg yolk and sugar mixture
** If you dont mind raw eggs, you can also use the egg whites. Whip the separately till stiff peaks and fold them in towards the end. Also reduce the amount of heavy cream to 1 cup.
