INGREDIENTS:
150 g of pasta
4 king prawns
1 large zucchini or 2 medium zucchini
1 shallot
Oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic
Half a glass of brandy to deglaze

Cut half zucchini into chunks (for the soup) and the rest into very small cubes.
Clean the prawns well and chop the pulp finely as if it were a tartare.
In a saucepan, pour the prawns’ heads. Combine oil, garlic and a few pieces of zucchini. Brown for a few minutes. Deglaze with brandy, season with pepper and add water. Cook.
In a pan, heat some oil and brown the finely chopped shallot. Add the small cubes of zucchini and season with pepper and salt. Cook until they are cooked but crunchy.
Pour the reduced sauce you prepared with the prawns’ heads into a pan. Add the cooked spaghetti and let it flavor. Combine the prawn tartare and cooked zucchini. Cook for a few minutes more and enjoy!
