I’m bulking and I’m enjoying very much this amazing risotto recipe. Super easy, a few ingredients and lots of calories.
At the end of the video, you can see the macros.
For even more calories I add at the end 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil and around 60g of creme fraiche (or ricotta cheese).
You should definitely check this out!
Btw, the rice is soaked overnight in water and 1 tbsp of apple vinegar. This recipe then is paleo friendly.
