Someone said Nutella crumble? Our @Cooker Girl is going to make this delicious yet easy recipe! Put on your chef hat and let’s get started 👨🍳👩🍳
INGREDIENTS
350g all-purpose flour
150g cold butter, cut into cubes
130g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
450g nutella
50g chopped hazelnuts
Spread some Nutella in a mold lined with some parchment paper and put in the frozen for 30 mins.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter and mix with your hands. Then add the egg and repeat the process until you obtain a sand-like texture.
Pour half of the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and create the base of your cake spreading it over the surface. Place the disk of Nutella on top of the base and cover it up with the remaining crumble (remember to add some chopped hazelnut in this second half of the mix).
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C (375 F) for about 40min… and enjoy 😉
