It’s a delicious Italian chickpea flatbread. I hope you give it a try, it’s my favorite thing ever I have it all the time in Italy!!
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup chickpea flour (215 g)
2 cups water (475 ml )
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Pour water into a bowl then gradually add chickpea flour and mix well with a whisk to remove any lumps. Then add oil and salt and mix well. Remove the foam from the top and let rest for 30 minutes. When done stir again to remove any flour sitting at the bottom of the bowl then pour into an oiled baking tin. And cook for 25 to 30 minutes until slightly browned on top. Cut into slices and enjoy on it own or with a spread.
