Start by soaking some gelatin in cold water. Watch the video to learn how to dissolve gelatin. The next step is to add some vanilla bark to the pan and put cream to it. The traditional recipe uses both cream and milk but you can use thickened cream and skip milk. Add some sugar and bring it to boil. One strong boil is needed to cook the vanilla and then let it cook for a while. Now add gelatin to the cream, which will just melt inside. Now pour it down into the mold and chill it.

Meanwhile, boil some water in a pan. Take the cream bowls out and dip them into the boiling water to finally prepare your panna cotta. Finish the dessert by adding som delicious berries.
