Hello Everyone, learn how to make the most delicious Vegan Suppli’ alla Romana!
(recipe that I got from the book La cucina regionale Italiana Vegana by Gabriele Palloni)

// INGREDIENTS(for 10 suppli)’:
– 150 gr of rice (arborio or Italian one);
– 700 ml of water;
– 30 gr of chickpeas flour;
– 1 carrot, 1 onion and 1 stalk of celery, all finely chopped;
– 80 gr of tomato passata;
– half glass of red wine (about 3/4 of a cup);
– 1 tsp of salt;
– 80 gr of Vegan Mozzarella;
– 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil + some frying oil;
– black pepper;
– breadcrumbs
