Chicken Marsala :

Ingredients:
-thinly sliced chicken breasts
-Mushrooms
-Marsala Wine
-Parsley
-Garlic Salt
-Flour
-Butter
-Oil

Recipe:
Step 1:
Cover your thinly sliced chicken with parsley and garlic salt. Next coat each piece with flour.
Step 2:
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in pan then add your preferred oil to fry. Once pan is hot begin frying your chicken. (Donโ€™t over cook the chicken because you will finish it in the oven)
Step 3:
Slice the mushrooms and season with salt and garlic. Sautรฉ mushrooms for about 5 minutes, then scoop directly on top of chicken in baking dish.
Step 4:
Pour the Marsala wine over the chicken and mushrooms. Start off with a cup of wine and add more depending on the amount youโ€™re making.
Step 5:
Cover with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes on lower rack.
It is now ready to serve and enjoy
