Chicken Marsala :
Ingredients:
-thinly sliced chicken breasts
-Mushrooms
-Marsala Wine
-Parsley
-Garlic Salt
-Flour
-Butter
-Oil
Recipe:
Step 1:
Cover your thinly sliced chicken with parsley and garlic salt. Next coat each piece with flour.
Step 2:
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in pan then add your preferred oil to fry. Once pan is hot begin frying your chicken. (Donโt over cook the chicken because you will finish it in the oven)
Step 3:
Slice the mushrooms and season with salt and garlic. Sautรฉ mushrooms for about 5 minutes, then scoop directly on top of chicken in baking dish.
Step 4:
Pour the Marsala wine over the chicken and mushrooms. Start off with a cup of wine and add more depending on the amount youโre making.
Step 5:
Cover with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes on lower rack.
It is now ready to serve and enjoy
