PASTA with LEEKS & PECORINO CREAM
Serving 2:
200 gr/ 7,05 oz pasta ( type you like, I have chosen Fusilli type)
160 gr / 5,64 oz leeks
2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese
3/4 glass of milk ( around 150 ml)
sea salt
freshly grounded pepper
1 TBsp butter
3 TBsp Extra virgin olive oil
