Ingredients:
2 twelve inches tortilla wraps
1/2 cup pizza sauce
10 slices cheddar cheese
Slices of Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmigiano Regianno cheese
1 grilled chicken breast shredded
Sliced tomatoes
Butter
1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
Sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup Sliced olives
1/2 cup Sliced bell pepper (capsicum)
1/2 cup corn niblets
1 tbsp fajita spice
salsa dip
Oregano
Roughly chopped basil leaves for garnishing.

Method:
Preheat oven on 230 degrees Celsius.
Take a round pizza pan.
Put 1 tortilla on it.
Add 5 slices cheddar cheese.
Spread half a cup of grated carrots.
Spread thinly sliced onions
Spread mushrooms on half.
Spread chicken on the other half.
Spread bell pepper.
Spread corn niblets.
Spread olives.
Spread fajita spice.
Put lil dots of salsa all over.
Add 5 slices of cheddar cheese.
Cover with tortilla wrap.
Brush some butter on the tortilla.
Take another round pizza pan and press it on the tortilla.
Put both the pans on middle rack of the oven and let it bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Set oven on broil (i.e. only the top element of the oven should be on).
Remove top round pizza pan.
Evenly spread the pizza sauce.
Put shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese on top.
Put slices tomatoes on the veg section.
Sprinkle some dry oregano.
Put on top rack of the oven and let it bake till the cheese has melted and has lil burn marks on it.
Remove from oven,  remove from pizza pan,  garnish with roughly chopped basil leaves and serve.
