INGREDIENTS. ( FOR 1 PERSON. )
1. TAGLIATELLE( PASTA ) 250_300 GRAMS.
2. FRESH SALAD TOMATOES. 100 GRAMS.
3. GREEK’S CHEESE BLOCKS. 10 _ 20 GRAMS.
4. DRIED TOMATOES. 10 GRAMS.
5. GREEN OLIVES. 5_10 GRAMS.
6. GARLIC CLOVE. 1.
7.FRESH PARSLEY LEAVES. 2_3 LEAVES.
8. OLIVE OIL. 2_5 TABLESPOONS.
9. PARMESAN CHEESE. TO GARNISH WITH.
10. SALT. TO TASTE.
11. FRESH CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER. TO TASTE.

INSTRUCTIONS.
1. ADD OLIVE OIL IN A SAUCEPAN AND WARM IT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
2. CUT INTO HALF THE SALAD TOMATOES AND ADD INTO OLIVE OIL.
3. ADD SALT AND PEPPER ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE IN THE TOMATOES.
4. MESH THE TOMATOES A LITTLE BIT, ADD 2 FRESH PARSLEY LEAVES AND COVER WITH THE LID FOR SOTEN THE TOMATOES TILL 2_3 MINUTES.
5. ADD 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC TO ENHANCE THE TASTE.
6. PUT HOT WATER ON THE HIGH FLAME BY ADDING SALT AND 1_2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL TO BOIL THE TAGLIATELLE (PASTA).
7. WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING ADD FRESH TAGLIATELLE IN IT AND BOIL TILL 3_5 MINUTES.
8. DRAIN OUT THE WATER AND POUR SOME TAP WATER ON THE PASTA.
9. CHECK OUT THE SOFTNESS OF TOMATOES.
10. CUT SOME OLIVES AND DRIED TOMATOES AND ADD INTO SOFTEN FRESH TOMATOES PAN.
11. ADD BOILED TAGLIATELLE IN THIS PAN AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL.
