Quick Italian Chicken Skewers Recipe:
Ingredients
• Boneless chicken 1/2 kg, cut into 1 inch cubes
• Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder 3/4 teaspoon
• Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon
• Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
• Oil 2 tablespoons
• Tomato paste 4 teaspoons
• Some skewers and Onions cut into cubes
Preparation
1. Add all of the ingredients to the chicken and mix.
2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 420*C (215*F).
4. Skewers the chicken loosely.
5. Cover with a moist parchment paper or foil pierced multiple time for steam to escape. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Dish out and serve with my Tangy ketchup Sauce and rice.
7. Enjoy!

Tangy Ketchup Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients
• Ketchup 1/2 cup
• Mayonnaise 3 teaspoons
• Mustard sauce 3 teaspoons
• Chili sauce to taste
Preparation
Mix everything and serve with your favorite baked chicken, e.g., Quick Italian Chicken Skewers
