This is one of my wackiest recipes, but it tastes absolutely yummy. Tempeh is some thing that is not as simple to cook as a lot of other proteins, because it has a very interesting texture and flavor. However, I figured out how to cook it in an Italian way.
There are very few things that won’t taste good with a little bit of cheesiness and tomato/marinara sauce. So I figured I’d try my hand at it with Tempeh!
I weighed everything out, so that I could share the recipe with you guys.

Here is exactly how much and what I used:
80 g tempeh
30 g marinara sauce
1 x laughing cow garlic & herb wedge
15 g spinach
Chili Powder
Oregano
Rosemary
Salt

This made about enough for one but you can totally make more depending on your hunger level!
