Recipe for Italian Herbed Rice
Ingredients:
– Olive Oil 1 tbsp
– chopped garlic 1 tbsp
– boiled sweet corn 1 cup
– finely chopped bell pepper 1/3 cup
– chilli flakes 1 tsp
– crushed black pepper 1 tsp
– mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
– salt as per taste
– cooked rice 2 cups
– grated cheese 1 tbsp
– handful of fresh oregano leaves or dried oregano 1 tsp
For best served with Chicken Stroganoff –
Pan Fried Fish in Creamy White Sauce –
