This video is an eggless version of the tiramisu recipe in tamil.
The instructions are:
Tiramisu
Cream full fat 280 ml
Sponge Finger x 40
Coffee Powder 50g
Sugar 100g
Vanilla 1 tbsp
Cocoa Powder 80g
Mascarpone Cheese 250g
1. Whisk the cream until stiff
2. Add the sugar and mascarpone cheese in a bowl and mix it together
3. After mix the mascarpone and cream together in a bowl.
4. Prepare the coffee.
5. Take a bowl and dip the sponge fingers in the coffee and arrange it in one layer in the bowl.
6. Once half of the cream and mascarpone mixture placed put the cream layer on top.
7. Put another layer of sponge coffee dipped fingers.
8. Pour the rest of the cream on top, spread it and dust it with cocoa.
9. Keep it chill for 6 Hours.
