Recipe-
Ingredients:
1 small head broccoli, florets removed and blanched
½ c. fresh basil leaves/ 1tbsp Dried Basil
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1/4 c. almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation:
Take small head of broccoli,cut into florets
Either blanch for 5 minutes or microwave for 5 min
But ensure it Retains the crunchiness
Combine blanched broccoli, ½ cup fresh basil leaves or 1 tbsp Dried Basil, 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a mixer Jar
pulse until combined and finely chopped
Add 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, 3 Tsp. almonds
2 clove minced garlic 1 tsp.salt blend until combined.
Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
