Who doesn’t love Italian food? Italy stands for delicious pasta, pizza, pesto, cheese, wine etc. It is any food lover’s dream destination. So inspired by my travel to Italy in 2019, most specifically the “Mercato Centrale” Market in the heart of Florence, I created this Pasta Arrabiata Recipe for all foodies and Pasta lovers. I love to cook Pasta, an obvious star of an Italian kitchen/cuisine. My personal favourite is Penne al Arrabiatta/Pasta Arrabbiata.
The video features few photographs I clicked of the Mercato Centrale market plus some infos about this food lovers market. And as I myself am a food lover, this simple step by step pasta recipe for everyone who loves Italy and Pasta.
This step by step recipe on how to make pasta at home will guide you through the ingredients with help of a super easy process of making vegetarian pasta Arrabiata at home. I made it with Gnocchi form. You can select any pasta form of your choice, but I think it tastes best with Penne (then called Penne all’Arrabiata). I love to add an Indian touch with a little more green chillies, if you wish you can skip that.
