1 bowl Pasta
2 Onion
10 Garlic
1 Capsicum
Any veggies of your choice
1/2 Cup Grated cheese
500 ml Milk
Chili flakes
Oregano
Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Cooking oil
1 Tsp Black pepper powder
2 ½Tbsp All purpose flour
3 Tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
