INGREDIENTS:
1. One box of Zatarain’s New Orleans Style Dirty Rice Mix – 8oz
2. Pictsweet Farms Recipe Helper Seasoning Blend of onions and peppers (you can cut up your own if you prefer).
3. Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts x 4
4. Peeled and deveined shrimp with tail off, 12 oz bag
5. One 11 ounce can yellow corn, drained
6. Bacon Bits
7. Shredded cheese (whatever you like)
8. Medium soft taco flour tortillas
9. Chipotle sauce
10. Garlic
11. Green onion
12. Roma Tomatoes x 2, diced (optional)
13. All Purpose Seasoning (whatever brand you have on hand)
14. Cajun Blackened Seasoning (whatever brand you have on hand)
15. Italian seasoning
16. Parsley
17. Olive oil (or whatever cooking oil you have available)

Directions:
Rice-
1. Prepare your rice in advance. Follow the instructions on the box (just don’t use ground beef).
2. Once rice is done, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat the bottom of your pan with oil and then sautee your pepper and onion blend, 2-3 tablespoons of bacon bits , 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped green onion for 1-2 minutes and then add in cooked rice and mix until everything is well combined.

Corn:
Heat according to instructions.

Chicken-
In a large bowl, season chicken with 1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon of parsley. Mix everything until well combined. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, coat the bottom of your pan with oil and then cook your chicken, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.

Shrimp-
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 teaspoon of Cajun blackened seasoning, 1 teaspoon of parsley and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and mix until everything is well combined. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for approximately 2 minutes per side.

Taco:
Build your taco! Add lettuce, tomato and your favorite shredded cheese and then top with chipotle sauce. Enjoy!

Note:
Slice your chicken into strips and cut your shrimp into bite size pieces prior to cooking.
