Burglar attempts to break into San Francisco wine shop using blowtorch

Burglars are targeting wine shops in San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood and making off with expensive bottles of fine Italian wine. In one incident the suspect used a crowbar and a blowtorch to try and bust into Biondivino.
