How to Make Italian Baked Pasta | Vegetarian Recipe
Pasta al Forno is so simple to make but yet so delicious. This is my version of it. It’s the perfect dish to enjoy with company. You can prepare ahead of time and heat up when necessary.
Recipe (for 5-6 people):
850 g strained tomatoes/sauce (3 cups + 1/2 cup)
500 g pasta rigatoni (6 cups + 1/2 cup)
1 eggplant
200-250 g mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
50 g grated cheese (1/3 cup)
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
fresh basil
olive oil
salt & pepper
