Mexican Pizza:
Ingredients
Beef mince 300gm
Taco seasoning 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Dough as required
Peas (cooked & mashed) 1 cup
Shredded cheese 1 cup
Sour cream for serving
Tomatoes cubed 1/2 cup
Sliced black olives 1/4 cup
Green onions sliced 2
Hot sauce for serving
Oil as required
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Cook until beef is no longer pink, about 6 minutes. add taco seasoning, then season with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute more, then remove from heat.
Assemble pizzas: Place tortillas on prepared baking sheet and spread refried beans on each of them. Now roll the dough then spared the hot sauce and then pour the beef mince and cheese. Bake until cheese is melty and beans are warm, 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Serve with hot sauce.
Punjabi Khichdi:
INGREDIENT
Oil 1/4 cup
Whole all spice 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper crushed to taste
Whole red chilies 5
Curry leaves Few
Rice soaked 1 cup
Split green moong soaked ½ cup
Lemon juice to taste
Cilantro finely chopped for garnishing
Method:
Add oil followed by whole spices sauté until fragrant. Add, ginger garlic red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric and mix again. Add salt, pepper water, rice and daal give it all a good mix. Last squeeze in some lemon juice and add chopped cilantro and stir to combine give dum for 10 minutes.Serve it hot
Lal Mirch Ki Chutney:
Ingredients:
Red chilies 15
Garlic chopped 8 cloves
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Small onion 1
Spring curry leaves 1
Method:
All ingredients add in blender and grind it .Then serve with kichdi
