Italian Sausage with Potatoes and Veggies Recipe
Preparation:
Please note to use a cast iron pot that you can put into the oven. Look for brand and pot oven instructions.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or 350 fahrenheit in preparation for later instruction
First set the stove burner to medium and add the virgin olive oil
MAKE sure to stir while added ingredients into the pot
Then the sausages are next to go into the pot for about a minute or so before adding the chopped onions and minced garlic for about 5 minutes or until the sausage loses the raw red color
Proceed to add the carrots for about 2 minutes
Then add the potatoes for about 2 minutes while stirring the pot
Last you add the leeks because they cook faster based on the vegetable toughness
Stir all of the above ingredients for about 4-8 minutes before placing the pot into the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes
