The first dough

1 egg and 1 yolk

the zest of 1 orange
100gr candied orange zest
vanilla powder
INGREDIENTS FOR THE ALMOND GLAZE:
50gr almonds
100gr icing sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp almond extract

20 almonds
50gr sugar sprinkles
