Risotto with mushrooms recipe
This pasta is one of my most favorite, besides it is prepared very simply. Risotto with mushrooms is an excellent choice if you need an idea for cooking.

Mushroom risotto

Spaghetti as carbonara
Ingredients:
Arborio rice 300 g
Butter 100 g
onion 1 pc.
white dry wine 200 ml
chicken broth 1 l
champignons 300 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
rosemary for decoration
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
Peel and chop the onion into small strips.
Scrub the cheese. Clean and cut the mushrooms.
Fry onion and mushrooms in butter.
Add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the white wine. Add the broth so that it lightly covers the rice.
Add spices and cheese. Close the lid and let stand for a few more minutes.
Serve to the table!
