-1 eggplant roasted (1/2 cup puree)-
-1 small white onion diced-
-3 cloves garlic-
-salt and pepper to taste-
-1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley-
-3 slices bread-
-1/4 cup milk-
-1/2 cup breadcrumbs-
-1 egg-
-1 tablespoon dried oregano-
-1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese-
-6 slices Italian prosciutto crisped-
