Zeppole Donuts are preparing very simple – it is even easier than ordinary donuts! The recipe for Italian donuts, according to which you will get to cook very tasty Zepple!
Ingredients
Flour – 9 oz (250 g)
Yogurt – 9 oz (250 g)
Milk – 5 FL OZ (150 ml)
Egg – 1 pc
Sugar – 2.5 oz (70 g)
Bolder – 0.3 oz (10 g)
Vegetable oil – 5 FL OZ (150 ml)
Powdered sugar
How to cook
Mix an egg with sugar
Add yogurt, mix
Add milk, mix
Add sainted flour and baking powder
Preheat vegetable oil
With 2 spoons lay the dough into a frying pan
Fry 2-3 minutes before golden crust
