In today’s video, I share you with a family traditional Italian ๐ฎ๐น Stew. It is such comfort food, so delicious and warm.
Ingredients:
1 pack (500g) stew beef or veal
1 can diced tomaotoes
1 onion
4-5 garlic cloves
2-3 sweet bell peppers (any colour)
1 pack of mushrooms
4-5 white potaotes
1/2 can of water
2 tsp of garlic powder, and parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
