Ingredient
For Batter
1 cup urad white split
2 cup parboiled rice
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp salt
soak them for 6-8 hours and grind them and add 1 tsp salt and keep for overnight for for formanting
For idli
In the idli pan place the batter and let this steam for 8 minutes or require.
