If you can’t go to Italy, then why not bring Italy to your kitchen. In this video I am featuring a recipe inspired by Da Paolino, a well known restaurant in Capri, Italy. They are famous for their beautiful lemon gardens and lemon is featured in many classic Italian dishes.
This is arguably the best roasted chicken I have ever made and features 2 ingredients that Italy is know for, garlic and lemon!
If you do not have access to a lemon tree my recommendation would be to use Meyer lemons as they are more fragrant and sweet than regular lemons.
