True story, I got fired from my first job at Pizza Network. In fact I’ve been fired from a bunch of jobs. It’s embarrassing being fired but what can you do? I didn’t learn how to acquiesce until I was 27 years old.
I learned a lot shooting “season 1” of this show and meant to do a postmortem video but I’ll just be brief here with my goals: Increase representation and highlight chefs/owners of restaurants. Visit black owned businesses, a huge oversight in season 1. And collaborate with people whose work I like.
