Today fast food has become an integral part of a kid’s life and so fast food like sandwich, burgers, pizzas, Hot dogs etc is the need of the day and salami is an essential item if we think of fast food. Frozen Salami is available in the market but they are quite expensive. To make life happening and pocket friendly I have prepared this homemade recipe of Salami. I am sure your kids will love it.

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken – 400 gms
Parsley leaves – 30 gms
Fresh green/red chillies – 3 nos
Dry red chillies – 3 nos
Garlic cloves – 5-6 nos
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Aluminium foil for wrapping
Butter paper for wrapping
