fresh potato gnocchi – 1kg (2.2 pounds)
taleggio – 100 grams
gruyere – 100 grams
fontina – 100 grams
gorgonzola (sweet Italian gorgonzola, or gorgonzola dolce) – 150 grams
whole milk – 150 ml / 1/2 cup
heavy cream – 150 ml / 1/2 cup
black pepper – to taste
salt – for pasta water, and to taste
