LASAGNA FOR 8-10 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS;

For Ragù:
40ml olive’s oil /
75g, mince white onion
70gr,mince Celery
160g, Mince Carrots
700g, Ground beef
1/2 glass of red wine
1kilo and 500gr. Tomato sauce
1/ 135g Tomato paste in a Tube
25g.salt
3tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Black pepper any amount you want
2 Basil leaf

For the Dough:
4 medium eggs
400g,All purpose flour

For the besciamella :
2 Liters, Milk
7tbsp,All purpose flour
3tbsp,Butter
4 tbsp , Parmesan Cheese
A pinch of salt

THE PROCEESS:
JUST WATCH FROM TBE START TO THE END

PREPARATION / COOKING TIME:

○ 3HRS FOR RAGÙ @ LOW HEAT

○ 30 MINUTES FOR LASAGNA FROM THE TIME YOU PUT IN THE OVEN @200degrees

— MAKE SURE TO TURN ON YOUR OVEN AT LEAST 30MINS BEFORE.

○ 30 MINUTES REST AFTER DOUGH IS MADE

○ 15 MINUTES FOR BASCIAMELLA – MAKE SURE TO LOOK AFTER IT AND MIX WELL FOR THE BEST RESULT. — @LOW HEAT
