1: If using a Stand mixer keep it on a low speed setting to avoid over kneading the dough (speed 2)
2: oil should be around 2 1/2 inches deep
For best result frying
3: if using Cups, you must spoon the flour into the cup lightly tap the cup until the flour levelled.
Note: DON’T bother after frying if donut texture is flacky/Crispy. Should be cooled completely in few hours before you’ll see the softness texture of the dough.
2: Always remember, roll into the sugar while still warm.
Ingredients: (35pcs)
For the dough:
500 G flour ( 250g all purpose/ 250g Bread flour)
100 g Softened butter
120 ml lukewarm Milk
4 small eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp Yeast
Tsp. Vanilla
Cooking oil for frying
Ingredients: Pastry cream
4 Large egg yolks
400 ml Fresh Milk
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
Lemon zest
