Search for:

To boil pasta:

2.5 cups- Water
1/2 tsp- Salt
1 tsp- Sesame Oil
1 cup- Fusilli pasta

For Italian Dressing:

3 tbsp- Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp- Sesame Oil
1 tsp- Mixed Herbs
1/2 tsp- Black Pepper
1/4 tsp- Salt
1/4 tsp- Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp- Sugar
1/2 tsp- Lemon Juice
4 tsp- Water

Veggies:

5-6pcs- Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup- Sweet Corns
2 medium pcs- Onions
4 tbsp- Capsicum
1/4 cup- Cucumber
1/4 cup- Boiled Chickpeas

Procedure:

To boil pasta- take a pan and add water, salt and oil and let it get boil. Once it gets boiled, add the pasta and let it cook for 15mins. Now, strain the pasta under the running water. To stop the cooking processes, so that, the pasta doesn’t gets over cooked.

For Italian Dressing- In a jar or a bowl, add mayonnaise, herbs, peppers, all the seasonings and salt, lemon juice, water and mix it well, until you get flowy consistency. Can also keep it dressing in refrigerator for 10-15mins before adding to the pasta. For better results.

Now, chopped all your favorite veggies which you want in your bowl. You can add any of your own choice.

Now in a bowl, take chopped veggies, then add the bowl pasta and add the Italian Dressing over it and mix it well and enjoy!
