This is an easy Italian dessert recipe suited for those who are vegetarian, and allergic to eggs.
Tiramisu is an all-time easy Italian dessert recipe that is very quick and easy to make. You only need 6 main ingredients to make this no-bake-espresso-coffee flavored dessert!
Italian Tiramisu is a no-bake espresso-coffee dessert,its made of coffee dipped lady fingers,arranged in layers and filled with sweetened mascarpone and whipped cream,and dusted with cocoa before serving.
There are many variants of Tiramisu recipe,but you can make your own when you already knew all the main ingredients..For some,they used eggs,.And good ladyfingers biscuits or Savoairdi in Italian is most common to find in Italy. But you can alternate sponge cake instead of this ladyfingers biscuits. Others also make Tiramisu with alcohol or rum, but with my recipe, I only used instant coffee to dipthe biscuits.

INGREDIENTS and METHODS:
Instant Coffee (If you have Espresso,much better) (2tbsp)
Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) (for dusting)
Mascarpone Cream (400g)
Heavy Cream or Whipped Cream (350-400g.)
Granulated Sugar (3/4 Cup)
Vanilla Essence (1tbsp.)
Lady Fingers Biscuits (Savoiardi in Italian) 16-20 pcs. depends on your pan

✔In a small bowl, pout 2 cups hot water, add an instant coffee
✔Stir well. Set aside.
✔Using a hand mixer, get a large bowl, pour whipped cream, mix until clear and creamy
✔Get another bowl, pour mascarpone cream, add sugar then vanilla.
✔Mix them evenly using spatula
✔Combine your mascarpone mixture in mixed whipped cream
✔Mix all together until mixture is completely smooth, and without lumps
✔Prepare your oval pan or any container to make your tiramisu
✔Dip just very quickly your ladyfinger biscuits in your coffee
✔Arrange nicely and neatly in first layer
✔Spread the cream mixture evenly until fully covered
✔Repeat process until finish with your 2nd layer
✔Cover and chill into fridge for about 3-4 hours
✔SIft with cocoa powder evenly on top
✔Followed with powdered sugar to add sweetness
