Chicken mince-1/2kg
Onion -1
Ginger&garlic paste -2tsp
Tomato purée-4 tomatoes
Chilli powder -1tsp add as required
Coriander powder -1tsp
Cumin powder -1/2tsp
Garam masala -1/4tsp
Salt-1tsp add as required
Sugar-1/2tsp (it balances the tanginess)
Dried oregano -1tsp
Fresh coriander leaves
