Ingredients

Espresso Powder: 2 Tbsp
Hot water: 1 ½ Cups
Heavy Cream: 450 mL
Sugar: 1 Cup
Mascarpone Cheese: 500 Grams
Vanilla Extract: 2 Tsp
Lady Fingers: As needed
Cocoa Powder: 2 Tbsp

Steps

Dissolve Espresso into the hot water
Set aside to cool down
In a large bowl, add heavy cream
Add sugar, mascarpone cheese and vanilla
Mix until you get a fluffy mixture
Soak lady finger in the cold coffee
In a large tray, layer your soaked ladyfingers Note: Make sure the ladyfingers are only slightly soaked
Add your cream mixture
Spread well
Add another layer of soaked lady fingers
Another layer of the fluffy
Repeat if you would like more layers
After desired layers ( minimum 2), Dust cocoa powder over the top
Place in the fridge for 3 hours
Serve Chilled!
