Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I showed you how I prepare my asparagus risotto with cured meat which is called Speck. Speck is an Italian smoked ham. This creamy risotto recipe is easy and quick to prepare.
🔴 INGREDIENTS
300g of Nano vialone rice ( you can use any risotto type of rice)
200g of Asparagus
120g of speck
Half onion
Meat broth
A glass of wine
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
20 g of butter
salt
pepper (optional)
