Ingredients:
1. Ground beef (1.8 lb / 800 g)
2. Cottage cheese (0.4 lb / 200 g)
3. Italian bread crumbs (1/2 cup)
4. Parsley
5. Lemon zest (from one lemon)
6. Cheese (0.05 lb / 25 g)
7. Egg (1 piece)
8. Onion (1 medium onion)
9. Garlic (2 cloves)
10. Basil (1 tsp)
11. Canned tomatoes (1 can)
12. Balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp)
13. Broth (4 oz / 120 g)
14. Salt

Cooking method:
00:00 – mix the ground beef, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, salt, parsley, lemon zest, cheese, egg and knead
00:53 – fry the onion, garlic and basil for 3 minutes
01:12 – combine the mixture with minced meat and knead
01:22 – form meatballs
01:45 – fry for 3 minutes on each side
02:09 – mix canned tomatoes, broth and balsamic vinegar and after boiling put meatballs
02:44 – close and fry for 15 minutes
02:57 – delicious italian meatballs are ready
