Creamy Pasta Salad
This is quite an easy recipe to follow and it comes out absolutely creamy and delicious.
Ingredients:-
(1.)You need Macaroni Pasta or can even use penne pasta or Rotini or any kind that you like ….
(2.)Onions, Salary, Green Chili, Cucumbers, Coriander leaves, and finely Grated Carrot. I usually add green capsicum as well but i didn’t have it at that moment
(3.) Mayonnaise, Creamy Ranch Dressing, Black Pepper Powder, Roasted Garlic Herbs, Sweet Basil or Italian Seasoning, Southwest Sweet & Smokey Seasoning and Garlic Powder
Method:-
First we need to boil the Pasta and
To boil that in a larger pot, take water for boiling, white it is boiling, add in some salt and few drops of oil and then add in the pasta and mix it, cook for 7-8 mins
**It’s very important that you need to add the salt at this point only, then only it will absorb the flavor of the salt
After it is cooked, strain the pasta and to stop the carry on cooking, rinse with some cold water and keep it aside for 5-6 mins
Then add all the ingredients into the pasta
and add the dressing & Herbs as well!
mix well and serve it! Enjoy!!
