Recipe for Noodles:
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 tbsp psyllium husk:
1/2 tsp xanthan gum:
Recipe for Seafood portion:
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 shallot (diced)
1/4 cup parsley (minced)
10 medium shrimp
1/2 cup clams
1/2 cup squid
1 tsp red pepper flakes:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup rice vinegar (sugar free):
2 tbsp butter
Instructions for linguine noodles:
1. Mix 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tbsp psyllium husk, and 1/2 tsp xanthan gum into a bowl.
2. Melt cheese in the microwave for one minute.
3. Mix the ingredients well until the powdered ingredients are completely integrated with the cheese.
4. Roll the cheese into a ball and pin roll it between two pieces of parchment paper.
5. Once flat, use a knife or pizza cutter to slice linguine sized noodles.
Instructions of seafood portion:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of olive oil on a pan.
2. Add 5 cloves of garlic (chopped) and 1 shallot (diced) onto the pan and let the ingredients brown.
3. Add 10 medium shrimp, 1/2 cup of clams, 1/2 cup of squid into the pan. 4. Mix the proteins into the garlic and shallot.
5. Season with red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Season to preference. (I actually use 1 tbsp of each ingredient since I like my food spicy and flavorful)
6. Add 1/2 cup rice vinegar.
7. Add 1/4 cup parsley (minced).
8. Once the proteins are cooked, melt 2 tbsp of butter into pan.
9. Pour over Keto linguine noodles and ENJOY!
