Spaghetti Meatballs Recipe…
An Italian- American dish consisting of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs.A must try recipe!
Ingredients
For Meatballs
250g minced chicken
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tbs parsley
1 tbs mixed herb
1tsp paprika sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
50g breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbs olive oil
For sauce
2 tbs olive oil
2 medium size chopped onion
10-12 garlic cloves pounded
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
3 medium size blanched peeled chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 tbs basil
1/2 tsp sugar
For spaghetti
1 ltr water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
250g spaghetti
1 1/2 tsp salted butter
1 tsp oregano
