Stuffed eggs
Stuffed eggs is a real and authentic italian recipe; It’s also a very easy and quick recipe!They are a real treat! this is a recipe from my mom that she prepares every time we have guests, because everyone loves this dish!
Ingredients (for 2-4 people)
4 eggs
50-60 g of tuna fish (in can- remember to remove the oil of the can)
Half spoon of capers
1 anchovy
2 spoons of mayonnaise
Method
Boil the eggs until hard (boil the eggs for 10 minutes from when the water start boiling)
Let the eggs cool down, peel them, and cut them into two
In a food processor, whip the egg yolks, tuna fish, the capers, the anchovy and the mayonnaise until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
With a spoon or a sac à poche, spread on the eggs (in the part previously occupied by the egg yolk)
Suggestions:
– You can prepare the mixture before but do not leave it in the food processor. Cover it with a cling film.
– Try the mixture and check whether the salt is fine!
