🌱 Vegan Bomboloni
500 g (4 cups) flour all-purpose, wholegrain, spelt
100 g (0.5 cups) sugar white, brown
7 g (2 tsp) active dry yeast
150 g (0.6 cups) water
100 g (0.4 cups) soy milk
60 g (4.5 tbsp) sunflower seed oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
250 g (9 oz) your favourite jam sour cherry, apricot, blueberry
