Hello everyone! Quick side note, I forgot to mention that the celery I used in this video was frozen, that is why I didn’t saute it with the onions and carrots. If you are using fresh celery you must put it in at the beginning to saute with the carrots and onions, or else you will have to boil your soup longer to get the celery to soften.
