Hi guys! today we’re making the most delicious thing ever!

recipe:

-250ml of strong sweetened espresso (cooled down)
-70g of caster sugar
-3 egg yolks M size
-250g of mascarpone cheese
-200g of ladyfingers
-50ml of Marsala Wine

-a little bit of cocoa powder just to dust the top

Mix the egg yolks with sugar until nice, fluffy and frothy. it should become almost white. incorporate mascarpone cheese into the yolks and mix well, untill well combined and until the sugar crystals dissolve. Transfer the mix into piping bag and set aside. Take your coffee and mix in Marsala wine. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, making sure they’re nicely moist but not soaking wet. They should still be slightly firm. Place them into the glass of your choice. Pipe the mascarpone cream on top of the ladyfingers, layer with another ladyfingers and finish with cream. Dust the dessert with cocoa powder.

you can eat it straight after making but it’s the best for the next day ๐Ÿ˜‰
